Michelle & Liam
St Donat's Castle Wedding
Wow, what can I say but what an amazing day we all had at the beautiful wedding of Michelle and Liam at St Donat's Castle who got married on the 30th June.
For anyone who has been to that venue will agree with me on this, it like Hogwarts. Its such a perfect venue for your wedding, with a grand hall, beautiful kept gardens and it even has it own private beach, I know crazy.
I was excited when Michelle and Liam booked me for this venue. Its been a few years since I had been there last, so I was excited to go back plus I have a couple of wedding there this year which is nice.
I started my day off with the bridal preparations. Its a great time of the day to capture and helps tell the full story of the day. It was also the first time I met Michelle having only talked on the phone previously. I was greeted with a large smile and that's how Michelle was for the rest of the day. Such a happy smiley person and also very chilled out considering it was such a big day. All the bridesmaids were a great bunch of girls, also full of smiles and giggles. It just knew it was going to be a great day.
It was a warm one. The sun was out, the skies were blue and the Uk had been experiencing some of the hottest weather for some time.
With me throughout the morning was John from Vision Avenue Videography It was the first time that we had worked together and it went extremely well. There was also another John working alongside me. Johnathan from Cross Jones Photography. John is another wedding photographer from Neath and a very good one at that. We do a lot of work together and between us help create and capture some great images. John also specialises in newborn photography so go check out his work if you require these type of photos. John covered the groom preparations for me so spent a few hours in the morning with Liam and the boys before we meet up at the church located next to St Donats Castle and worked with me until the remaining of the day and night. The rest of the day was just perfect. Michelle and Liam were an amazing couple to work with on the day allowing me to create some great images for them.
Lots of people were involved in making this day special which I have listed below so a big thanks to them all.
I hope you enjoy the images. Feel free to tag and share on social media.
