Nicola & Kevin - The Coach house

Here we have the wedding of Nicola & Kevin that took place at the Coach House in Neath Abbey. 

The Coach House is a family run business that specialise in weddings, with a barn conversion to hold the ceremony, and a large reception room for the evening reception and view of the Neath Valley, the Coach House is a perfect setting for any wedding. 

Kevin had contacted me a few months before the wedding, as he was looking for a wedding photographer. Kevin made the booking and the Coach House for me was going to be a new location to shoot a wedding. 

One thing that I will always do no matter if I have been to a venue before, I will always meet a couple there prior to the wedding where possible. This gives me an opportunity to have a look around and also to make sure that I have all the right details for the running of the day, although if not possible to meet up I will go alone and scout out some locations around the venue giving me ideas and plans for the day. 

The day of the wedding was 1st July 2017. Its was a very bright and warm day to start with, with bright blue skies and little cloud conditions that can be challenging for a photographer.  I arrived around mid morning where I meet Kevin before taking a look around the venue now it had all been prepped for the day and in fairness it was looking very smart.

The bridesmaids arrived in a classy and very smart wedding car that was to later collect and Nicola where I was to meet her on her arrival.  

It turned out to be a great and on occasions very funny day as you will see below. I was made to feel very welcome by family and friends and for me that's a big compliment.
