Rhian and Huw Wedding at Clearwell Castle

Clearwell Castle “A HIDDEN GEM” In the forest of Dean is a very sought after wedding venue. It not only attracts couples who live nearby, but attracts couples from all over the world to get married at this iconic venue. That speaks volumes of this stunning place. Set in 20 acres of grounds, including a croquet lawn, a hidden lake, forest, and meadows plus much much more. This venue is certainly not short of options when it comes to having photos on your wedding day.

As a trusted and recommended wedding photographer by Clearwell Castle, it is always my aim to work to the highest standards on the day of a wedding. I am not only representing my business but also that of Clearwell Castle. On the day of your wedding, it is my aim to really feel part of your day, feel like a guest or part of your family. Some couples I don’t get an opportunity to meet until the day of the wedding.

I met with Rhian and Huw a couples of weeks before the wedding where we did a little pre wedding photoshoot which is always handy if you’re a little nervous having photos done. I knew after meeting them both on this day i was excited for their wedding.

The weather for the wedding was very warm. As a photographer, rushing around all day meant I felt it by food time. I could certainly feel my eyes going after food. Still, part 2 of the day was to come, with speeches and the evening entertainment and finish up the night with some sparklers.
